I know many spa facials, scrubs, and other good treatments but I will give you the best I know.
**Brown Sugar Lip Scrub**
.1 tsp brown sugar
.1 tsp olive oil
-Mix ingredients together, then use your fingertips to rub the mixture over your lips in a circular motion for about 10 seconds. Rinse, then apply lip balm. Use as needed whenever lips feel dry or flaky.
**Ginger-Cinnamon Salt Body Scrub**
.1 cup sea salt
.1/2 tsp ground ginger
.1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
.1 cup almond oil or olive oil
-Mix ingredients together, then gently rub over your skin(except your face) to slough off dry skin. Rinse well with warm water.
**Soothing Face Mask**
.2 tsp powdered milk
.2 tbsp chamomile tea ( cooled )
-Blend ingredients together to create a paste. Apply to face or other areas where your skin in dry. Leave on for 10 minutes , then rinse with cool water. Repeat twice a week, for 2 weeks.
**Peach Tightening Mask**
.1 peach, ripe,peeled,pitted
.1 egg whie
-Whip the peach and egg white together until smooth. Gently pat the mixture all over your face. Relax for 30 minutes, then rinse off with cold water.
**Deep-Cleansing Fruit Mask**
.6 or 8 oz plain yogurt
.1 carrot
.1/2 peach
.1/2 cucumber
-Chop carrot,peach,and cucumber into small,tiny pieces. Place in food processor and mix into a paste. Apply and let sit on the skin for 10 minutes(may be runny),rinse.
**Almond Oil Scrub**
.1 tbsp honey
.1 tbsp lemon juice
.1 1/2 tsp sweet almond oil
.granulated white sugar( depends on how 'rough' you want your scrub to be)
-Mix until a nice paste. Apply to face and massage for 3 minutes. Then let it sit for 15 minutes, rinse well with warm water.
These are only some of the recipes I have, and don't wory they are professionel I have gotten from my spa worker. =)
6 oz blood of a bat
3 ea eye of a newt
1 teaspoon hemlock
1 dash Redtailed hawk toenail
2 teaspoons ground sumac blossom
1 medium eye of cyclops
1/2 cup water
1 cup apple cider vinegar *
Bring to a boil.
Stir in 1 cup Cornstarch and remove from heat. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Add 2 oz of peanut oil and gently fold thoroughly.
Once at room temperature, apply with acorn stick and allow to dry.
* Note: You may substitute 1 cup of rice wine with one tablespoon of applesauce.
