i would rather you go for a spa facial treatment, old school is the best. they don't call it microBRASION (abrasion) for nothing i guess. microbrasion and chemical peels are bad for your skin because later on your skin will be super sensitive to most kinds of facial products and even the sun. trust me, you'll regret ever letting that beautician do a microbrasion or a chemical peel on you. my 2 cousins and my aunt went for microbrasions and chemical peels everytime their skin looked....not fantastic. and now 2 years later, when their skin touches water, it even hurts a little. how ridiculous is that? if those procedures are supposed to help your skin, then they shouldn't be hurting like that afterwards.
go with something that takes a longer time to work, but will benefit your skin in the long run. i recommend Pierre Chenxu products, www.pierrechenxu.com order a trial kit there first or something :%26gt; my mum has been using it for 15 years...she's in her late 50s nearing 60, and she looks like a 40-something year old with a very youthful looking skin, i'd dare say even her complexion is better than mine (i'm 20).
the products are herbal based and their formulas are not standardized - they research like crazy, not like other big brands who buy formulas. they have a money-back guarantee on their products whcih means they really stand behind their products 100%, it really si the best gift they can give to people with bad skin. i hope you give it a shot, i think your friends will notice how different your skin looks once Pierre Chenxu products touch your skin. it worked wonders for me :%26gt;Should I get, MICROBRASION, CHEMICAL PEEL, SPA FACIAL TREATMENT?????
Microdermabrasion works wonders and will refresh your surface skin. *Depends on your acne though. If its actually acne or just a breakout or simply blackheads.
A chemical peel can possibly make you red and peel afterwards. * same with Acne above.
But will offer positive results.
A Facial if you find the right Esthetician can aid you and help rid your little bit of acne and give you tips on how to maintain your skin.
So your choice - all will make a change. I think if you go with the Facial though it will be to your benefit.
Microdermabrasion is the sanding off of the first layer of your skin. Chemical peel is the peeling off of the first layer of your skin. Because you have dark skin your limited to acne treatments you can use so these are out of the question. I would recommend a spa facial treatment and just let them know you need to be treated for acne too. They will take this little light and kill the growing bacteria underneath your skin and use this little thing that looks like a huge q tip and squeeze around your nose and stuff and then put the layers of treatment on your face. They will have you feeling so good afterwards.. Oil of olay products also work well for acne so you can also do at home treatments every morning and night because those spa visits get expensive after awhile.
None of those. I use an egg mask, and swear by it.
I literally wlak to by fridge, grab an egg, crack it, and beat it with spoon. Smear it on my face, and elave for 15-30 minutes. Immediate difference, and sicne egg have os many good nutirnets for your skin, it makes it glow. I'm not kidding. I had a forehead of acne, and after 4 days of egg masks, it was clear. I now use egg once a week, and my face has been clear since.
Also, egg does the same for hair as it does for skin: makes it look healthy and radiant.
It's jsut so much cheaper, works so quickly and well, and its got no harsh chemicals.
I swear by this and recommend it to anyone. It works for break outs, acne, whiteheads, and blackheads.
However, I wouldn't use it every single day, unless you need your face clear in a hurry. Just use it ocne a week once your clear.
The rest of week, I use Biore Ice Cleanser. It feels so good, and leaves my skin so nice afterwards.
Also, I exfoliate my skin once a week.
This system has left ym skin the best its been in ages, and I acheved it in 2 weeks.

at home microderabrasion is ALOT cheaper. go with netrogena, when I was using that I had nearly no blemishes, redness, especially pimples. its about $30 for the kit, and you need refills, but keep using it. Its worth it
Microdermabrasion can be very harsh. It can leave your skin red and sensitive for days! Then I went through a period of peeling! What a mistake! I don't think it is recommended for mild acne.
An extraction would be a good start for clarity in your skin. It may be a bit painful when the whiteheads are being squeezed out. But subsequent masks should sooth the skin. The first day or two...you may have a bit of redness or scarring, but you skin will be SO smooth after that.
Good Luck!
